About me

Hi, I'm Ellen Nguyen! I create content about personal growth and self-worth in action for an audience of 60K+ across platforms. My work gives women the language for their experiences. They feel seen, then they're inspired to act: end the wrong relationship, hold the boundary, go for the job. The acting is the hard part, and it is what I coach.

Insight to Action is my eight-week programme for self-aware women to trust their own judgment and live and date on their terms. It's a forcing system that produces measurable outcomes and an internal shift, and I hold them to it week by week.

Previously, I was a Director in Financial Services and worked for companies like Mastercard and J.P. Morgan. As a writer and journalist, I have bylines in the BBC, Business Insider, Cosmopolitan UK, Metro UK, Refinery29, and many others. I have a BSc (Hons) in Psychology.
